To start, we’ll have you answer a few quick questions about your organization, and we’ll gather any related files we may need. We’ll set-up a shared Dropbox folder for easy sharing of materials. We’ll gather your logo, photos, and any other design related content you may have.

Sure – all businesses are eligible! It just depends on what you need from a website. The LowDOWN Program is ideal for any business that just needs a “brochure” type website.

Your site will be built on the popular WordPress platform using special software that will make it easier for you to make live edits.
Of course, you can always just request that we do it for you – updates are included with your plan!
Of course! We would just need to edit some simple code to make it “point” to your new site, once ready.
Or, we can help you procure a name and manage it for you. All plans include 1 domain name – additional domain names can be purchased separately and be configured to work with your new site as well.
Due to the licensing on the software and the integrated services we are providing, we request that we manage all hosting.
Once your new site is ready to go live, we’ll send you an “Enrollment Email” with the details of your plan. You simply accept the terms and enter your card for payment. You’ll be billed monthly and will receive a receipt by email.
Should you choose to no longer keep the site active, simply let us know and we’ll have you site taken down within 48 hours and billing will cease.
No contracts and no obligation.
Part of what makes this program work is that we look forward to having you onboard as a client. In order to offer this program, we retain ownership of the site for the first 12 months. After a full year, if you wish to move your website to a new server and manage it on your own, you are welcome to do so.
You are welcome to cancel anytime – if it is within the first 12 months, we simply take the site down. If you cancel after 12 months, we’ll provide you with the files so you can move it elsewhere.
You are free to cancel anytime, as promised. If you cancel within the first 12 months, we simply “close” your site down at the end of the month and it will no longer be accessible online.
If you choose to cancel AFTER the required 12 months, the files will be yours to move to a new server of your choice. You may need to obtain licenses on your own for certain software used in the design of the site. And we cannot guarantee the performance of the site once it is moved to a 3rd party host, should you choose to do so.
The included updates include adjustments to existing text and imagery. If you choose the restaurant plan, it includes changing menu items or updating prices.
It does not include complete overhauls, adding new pages, or any type of custom development.
Basically, this is offered to let you rest assured knowing you won’t be nickle-and-dimed for occasional request and minor adjustments. We’re all adults here, and we just want you to be happy and satisfied with our program. If it’s reasonable, it’s covered.
If you wish to expand your site and create new pages or other extensive changes, that can be discussed and an estimate can be provided.
Every 12 months, we’ll take a close look at your site and give it a design overhaul. The content will more or less stay the same, but your site will be revamped and be visually refreshed. This is good to keep your site from being too stagnant and becoming outdated.
